1. Optional Face & Wrist Photos (Strict 72-Hour Auto-Purge)

Uploading a face or wrist photo on AURA & PHANTOM is 100% optional—you may calculate your complete Four-Pillar (BaZi) reading and 18-sphere prescription using only your birth date. When you choose to upload a photo to generate your bespoke wearing preview:

• Sole Purpose: Your image is used exclusively to render your personal collarbone or wrist wearing preview for your active session.
• Zero AI Training: Your photos and generated portraits are never sold, never shared with data brokers, and never used to train or fine-tune any AI model.
• Instant & Automatic Deletion: You can delete your uploaded photo at any time with one click, and all unpurchased session photos are permanently purged from our storage within 72 hours.

2. Birth Date, Order & Shipping Information

We process your birth date and optional birth hour to compute your solar-term Four-Pillar chart. When you place a digital or physical order, payment is processed directly by PayPal or Stripe over 256-bit TLS encryption—AURA & PHANTOM never stores raw payment card numbers. Physical shipping details (name, delivery address, email, and phone number for customs DDP clearance) are shared solely with our fulfillment atelier and tracked air couriers.

3. Your GDPR, UK GDPR & CCPA Rights

You have the right to access, export, correct, or permanently erase any personal data associated with your session or order at any time. To exercise your data rights or request immediate manual erasure, email [email protected]. We respond to all privacy requests within 24 hours.
