Terms of Service
Last updated: October 17, 2026 · AURA & PHANTOM Private Atelier
1. Cultural & Artistic Interpretation Disclaimer
All Eastern Four-Pillar (BaZi) calculations, 15-page natal dossiers, and 432Hz/528Hz sanctuary audio recordings provided by AURA & PHANTOM are created as cultural, philosophical, and artistic reflections. They do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, nor do we claim supernatural or guaranteed material outcomes.
2. Pricing & The $19.90 Full-Credit Upgrade Privilege
Our Digital Awakening Pack is priced at $19.90 USD. When you upgrade to a physical piece on the same natal reading session, 100% of your $19.90 Digital Pack payment is automatically deducted from your physical order—reducing the 12mm Collector Focal-Orb Necklace from $129.00 to $109.10, the 18×8mm Petite Bracelet from $139.00 to $119.10, or the Complete 2026 Sanctuary Set from $239.00 to $219.10.
3. Natural Geological Variance & Pre-Shipment Video Approval
Every AURA & PHANTOM sphere is cut from 100% natural, untreated Four-Season Lodolite phantom quartz (0 dye, 0 heat, 0 crackle glass) paired with solid S925 sterling silver hardware plated in 18K champagne gold. Because natural volcanic chlorite, hematite, limonite, and kaolinite inclusions are unique geological formations, internal contours naturally vary from illustrative studio renders. For every physical order, we send a 10-second window-daylight video of your exact piece before dispatch for your approval.
